Welcome into’s High School Plays of the Week.

We are looking at the final week of Spring sports and the last week of this school year.

Championships abound and with them, quality top plays to go with them.

6 – Red Lion’s Austin Barbin chips in a beauty from the rough.

5 – Dover’s Joseph Gray will get Salesianum to hear footsteps and steal home giving the Senators the lead and the eventual win over the Sallies.

4 – Caesar Rodney’s Demetrius Stevenson calls ball and goes ham like a lone wolfpack through the Wilmington Friends’ defense on the Riders’ way to the championship bout against Sallies.

3 – DMA’s Callie Skurla gets the second effort off the crossbar and gives the Seahawks their third state title in school history versus Tower Hill.

2 – Cape Henlopen’s Lindsay Monigle get knocked down, but she gets up and scores again, you’re never going to keep her down.

1 – CR’s Morgan DeSaultniers faces the soccer equivalent of a near death experience in the face and laughs with a stellar showing against Padua.

Stay tuned as next week will feature top plays of the Spring and that could only be outdone by the following week— the heavily anticipated top plays of the year!
